Mehulkumar Joshi, DO, MS, RPVI is a fellowship-trained Vascular Surgeon. He is Board Certified in Vascular Surgery and General Surgery. He is also certified as a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation.
Dr. Joshi grew up on Long Island, NY. He received his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, NY. He completed his General Surgery Training in Queens, NY. He then went on to complete his Vascular and Endovascular Fellowship Training at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in New Jersey. He is trilingual in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Dr. Joshi is a member of the Society of Vascular Surgery, Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery, American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, and American College of Surgeons.
He is also a Clinical Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Suwanee, Georgia.
Dr. Joshi has been trained in a wide variety of minimally invasive endovascular techniques and traditional open procedures to treat the full spectrum of vascular diseases.
His areas of interest include Complex endovascular approach to limb salvage, venous disease including varicose veins and spider veins, carotid artery disease, peripheral arterial disease, abdominal aortic aneurysm, dialysis access, Laparoscopic Peritoneal Dialysis catheter placement and wound care.
His diverse background, calm demeanor, clarity and compassion always puts patients at ease. He’s been awarded Physician of the Month in September & October 2021 by Emory Johns Creek Hospital.
